Bala which means “strength” is a popular herb in Ayurveda. All parts of Bala possesses various medicinal properties, especially the root. It is good for managing the symptoms of Parkinsons disease. Some of the medicinal properties of Bala are antiviral, fever and pain reducing, laxative, diuretic, and aphrodisiac.
