Gokshura
Gokshura is a common invasive shrub and the name is derived from two Sanskrit words: Go means cow and Aakshura means hoof. Also, the fruits of this plant look very much similar to hooves of cows, with several little spines and lots of big thorns on them[2][3]. There are two varieties of Gokhshru: Chota Gokaharu and Bada Gokaharu, with different fruit size but similar medicinal benefits. Gokshura is also used to increase the GFR rate of the kidney, manage cough, skin pruritus, headache, vertigo and improve eye vision[2-6][22].
