Allergic conjunctivitis is the inflammation of the conjunctiva due to any allergy. Conjunctiva is the clear tissue that covers the white part of your eye. Various substances may be responsibe for causing this inflammation. These are called as allergens. Pollen is one among common seasonal allergens.
