Aladrine Tablet is used to treat low blood pressure (hypotension). It is used in patients who experience dizziness due to low blood pressure while standing up suddenly from sitting or lying position. This medicine causes tightening of blood vessels and results in elevating your blood pressure.

This medicine is taken during daytime hours, when people stand most often. However, it should not be taken if you are going to lie down for a long time after a dose. Headache, blurred vision, nausea, heartburn and difficulty in urination may be seen as side effects in some patients.
