It also helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages, thus widening it and making it easier to breathe.

Alsolve-DM Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Alsolve-DM Tablet1, Alsolve-DM Tablet2, and Alsolve-DM Tablet3.

Alsolve-DM Tablet is used to prevent the symptoms of asthma such as tightness in your chest, wheezing, breathlessness and coughing. It also relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing and watery eyes. Alsolve-DM Tablet works by reducing and preventing swelling and inflammation in your lungs. It may take a few weeks for this medicine to show full effects. This medicine will not stop an asthma attack that has already started. In order to prevent future attacks, it is important to identify asthma triggers and avoid them and take your medications as prescribed.

Do not take it with any fruit juices (such as apple, orange, or grapefruit) as they might make the drug less effective.
It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Use your rescue inhaler to control sudden difficulty in breathing.
Your doctor may take regular blood test to monitor the level of drug in your body.
Avoid using antacids within 30 minutes of taking this medicine. It can make it harder for your body to absorb this medication.
Notify your doctor if you smoke or have an viral infection. Your dose may need to be adjusted.
Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
