Anobliss Cream is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of anal fissures (tear in the lining of the anus). It relieves the pain, swelling, itching, and discomfort associated with the passing of stools in people who suffer from problems in the anal area.
Anobliss Cream relaxes the blood vessels in the anus thus helping in the healing of anal fissures. It should be used in the dose and duration as directed by your doctor. Do not stop using it suddenly without talking to your doctor, as it may lead to worsening of your condition.
Before applying this medicine clean and dry the affected area. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine. Avoid getting this medicine into your eyes, nose, or mouth. If accidental exposure occurs, wash your eyes with water and seek immediate medical attention.
This medicine is generally well tolerated with minimal or no side effects. However, slight anal irritation and swelling may occur as a side effect of this medicine. This is temporary and usually resolves on its own in some time. Please consult your doctor if it does not resolve or persists for a longer duration. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice worsening of the infection or if you develop increased redness and irritation.
Anobliss Cream is used to relieve pain, irritation, or itching caused by anal fissures (tear in the lining of the anus). It relaxes the blood vessels thereby decreasing the pressure in the anal tissues. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.

FAQs
Q. Does Anobliss Cream cure anal fissures?
No, it does not cure fissures but Anobliss Cream reduces inflammation of mucous membrane and skin. It reduces irritation, alleviates pain and itching, thus providing symptomatic relief.
Q. Why is my fissure not healing?
Fissures usually heal within a few weeks. But if they are not, this is because the oxygen supply, carried by the blood, to these fissures is poor which further slows down the healing process. As a result, these fissures fail to heal and continue to get worse. You should consult a doctor immediately if you have been facing issues for a duration longer than a few weeks.
Q. What should I eat and avoid in fissure?
You must take a fiber-rich diet such as vegetables, fresh fruits and whole grains if you have fissures. Drink plenty of water and avoid taking alcohol. This will ensure that your stools are soft and easy to pass. You may also take laxatives or fiber supplements if you are facing issues with digestion. Your doctor will suggest ways to avoid constipation and thereby promote healing of fissures.
Q. Can spicy food cause fissures?
No. Spicy foods do not cause fissures. But, they can irritate the fissures and worsen your symptoms. Therefore, it is advised that you avoid taking spicy foods if you are facing issues with your fissures.
Q. How do you use Anobliss Cream cream?
Follow your doctor’s instructions before using Anobliss Cream. Apply a small amount of the ointment to the affected rectal area as directed. If this is to be used inside the rectum, attach the rectal applicator onto the tube. Insert the applicator gently and to full extent into the rectum. Gently squeeze the tube to deliver the medication while withdrawing it.
Q. How long does it take to heal fissures?
Fissures usually heal within a few weeks. But, if they persist for longer than 4 to 6 weeks, they are termed as chronic fissures. Please consult your doctor without any delay if you have been noticing fissures for longer than 4 weeks.
