Two major problems :- 1- Eyesight -4.5 and -4.0 progressive eye. 2. Allergic cough + weak immunity I have myopia in my both eyes as described above from the very childhood and it is increasing by 0.5 each year please tell me the remedy to prevent this. We can start Tab.Saptamruta lauha 1-0-1 Which may slower the development of myopia. Eat vitamin a rich diet.
