Bilafored M 20mg/10mg Tablet provides relief from allergic symptoms such as blocked or runny nose, sneezing and itchy or watery eyes caused by seasonal hay fever (allergic rhinitis), seasonal allergies, and allergies. It works by reducing certain substances in the body that are responsible for the allergic symptoms. Bilafored M 20mg/10mg Tablet reduces swelling in the airways and gives relief from the symptoms of asthma.

It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways to prevent asthma and relieve symptoms of allergies.
