Buscodac P 10mg/325mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of abdominal pain. It works effectively to reduce abdominal pain and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut. It also blocks certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever.

Buscodac P 10mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Buscodac P 10mg/325mg Tablet1 and Buscodac P 10mg/325mg Tablet2.

Liver

Buscodac P 10mg/325mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Buscodac P 10mg/325mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Buscodac P 10mg/325mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

What if you forget to take Buscodac P Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Buscodac P 10mg/325mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

  • You have been prescribed Buscodac P 10mg/325mg Tablet to relieve abdominal pain and cramps.
  • Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not use a stool softener (laxative) without first asking your doctor.
  • Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.

Depression is a persistent state of sadness that is the result of interaction between one's inner biological and psychological state and gets triggered of with environmental stressors. Reactive depression is in response to a situation like loss, sickness, trauma etc. Endogenous depression occurs without any noticeable environmental stressors. Psychological symptoms include lack of interest, negative thinking, irritability, frustration, feeling demotivated etc. Somatic symptoms like fatigue/ weakness/ lack of sleep/ lack of appetite and other physical symptoms are common. Anxiety is common. In severe cases one may feel helpless and hopeless enough to wish for death or attempt suicide. Treatment includes physical and psychiatric work up following which medicines can be prescribed. In milder cases, psychotherapy or counselling is recommended.

These symptoms may include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes and abnormal liver enzymes.
