Claron Oral Suspension is an antibiotic medicine that can be used to treat many different infections caused by bacteria. These include infections of the respiratory tract, ear, nose, throat, lungs, and skin. It is also effective against a bacteria known as H. pylori, which is associated with peptic ulcer disease. It stops further growth of the bacteria causing the infection and helps treat your infection.
This medicine usually makes you feel better quite quickly. However, you should continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

- Encourage your child to drink plenty of water in case diarrhea develops as a side effect.
- Do not give Claron Oral Suspension to your child for cold & flu until and unless advised by the doctor. Antibiotics are antibacterial medicines and do not work for symptoms caused due to viral infections.
