What if you forget to take Cremco Solution?
If you miss a dose of Cremco Laxative, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

- Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach disorders such as appendicitis or a blockage in your bowel.

- Eat more fiber in your diet. Recommended daily intake is 20-35g.
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
