Breast feeding
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Fexeomed 30mg Syrup is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Because of low milk levels and lack of sleepiness, use of Fexeomed 30mg Syrup would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed babies.
Driving
SAFE
Fexeomed 30mg Syrup does not usually affect your ability to drive.
However, you should check that Fexeomed 30mg Syrup does not make you feel sleepy or dizzy before driving or operating machinery.
Kidney
CAUTION
Fexeomed 30mg Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fexeomed 30mg Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Liver
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Fexeomed 30mg Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Fexeomed 30mg Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

What if you forget to take Fexeomed Syrup?

If you miss a dose of Fexeomed 30mg Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Ive got tested for hiv after 4 months of possible exposure (not sure if partner was +ve and sex was with condom) and results were negative and its been 6 months till date after the possible exposure now i was suffering from blocked nose wnd difficulty in breathing so i went to a chest specialist and was given total ige" test and the report came +ve with very highly elevated ige levels about 2000 ku/l is there anything to worry and is there any relation between total ige levels and hiv im very stressed once again please help."
