It also helps in the growth and development of bones as well as maintain strong bones. Since osteoporosis doesn’t usually have any symptoms such as pain (until a fracture occurs) you might not ‘feel’ any immediate benefit from your treatment with Goldcal Alen 70mg/5600IU Tablet. Keep taking it untill your doctor asks you to stop. Along with medicines, eat a balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D like dairy products, green leafy vegetables etc.

What if you forget to take Goldcal Alen Tablet?
