Actually it is not ethical for a professional to prescribe medicines on a public forum like this. But for a doctor reducing patients pain is the first priority. Gud luck and do not neglect. Pls meet a decent dentist. If it is a wisdom tooth problem get it removed by an oral surgeon MDS. Regards

The patient is my mother who was suffering from pancytopenia for more than a year. She got her bone marrow test and biopsy done last month the MDS FISH panel and cytogenetics reports were negative but the gave a provisional diagnosis of MDS. .her platelets are 58000. .Please advise if it is MDS or something else as the says we need to just monitor her CBC and wait till the platelets drop to 20000 then some injections can be given.
