How Magnate D Drop works
Magnate D Drop contains three active medicines: Dicyclomine, Magaldrate, and Simethicone. It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) which further helps relieve cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort. Magaldrate is an alkaline salt that neutralizes the excess acid present in the stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine that helps in the breakdown of gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
