Missile 20mg Tablet helps reduce high blood pressure, thus lowering the chances of any future heart attack and stroke. It may also be used to improve the symptoms of chronic (long-standing) heart failure. It helps to preserve kidney function, especially in patients with diabetes. This medicine may be used alone or in combination with other medicines. It is taken by mouth (orally), with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.
