It is required to get regular blood tests (PT/INR) done to make sure this medicine is working properly. It can increase the risk of bleeding, so be careful while shaving, cutting nails, using sharp objects or enganging in contact sports (e.g. football, wresling). Nimalin 1mg Tablet is a type of medicine known as an anticoagulant. Although it does not “dissolve” blood clots, it can prevent them from getting bigger so your body can dissolve them over time. It will also prevent new ones from forming. It works by blocking a substance in the body which is involved in blood clotting. This keeps your blood flowing freely around your body and makes it less likely that a clot will form inside a blood vessel. This can help prevent or reduce damage caused by stroke, clots in your lungs (pulmonary embolism), or other blood vessels (thrombosis). It can also make it less likely that parts of a clot will break off and travel to other parts of the body. You should take it regularly and make appropriate lifestyle changes to help this medicine be effective.

I was pregnant in January. I was feeling all symptoms of being pregnant. When I was undergone SCG test, It was negative. Even my blood report also shows absence of HCG. As I am feeling pregnancy symptoms, I continued to do HCG tests for 3 .5months. During this tenure, I had almost no monthly periods.(only sometimes spots seen). I consulted Gynaecologist for this problems. I had undergone sonography test two times. It was showing some blood clots. Doctor suggested to do Anti Mullerian hormone test for uneven/ stopped period for long time. He also gave tablets for period which was consumed by me and I had period for four days in first week of April. AMH test showed worrying result. It was showing value- 0.7. A lower normal range is 0.7 to .0.9. Doctor suggested to complete three month course of OVARUS (75mg) tables. Is there any worries about lower AMH ? What is the reason for this problem? I have thyroid problem and I am taking Eltroxine 100mg since last 7 years.

The bleeding times should be carefully monitored from 2nd or 3rd dose of Nimalin 1mg Tablet and till the clotting status is stabilized. Thereafter, the bleeding time can be monitored monthly. This frequency may be more in elderly.
