- Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid to your child within 2 hours of taking Nitiflox M Suspension as these can affect the absorption of the medicine.
- Conditions like common cold and flu are caused by viruses. Never use this medicine for such conditions.

It is advised that you get your child’s G6PD deficiency evaluated before starting the course of treatment. Avoid giving Nitiflox M Suspension as deficiency of G6PD enzymes can lead to breaking of blood cells resulting in severe anemia.
Q. Can Nitiflox M Suspension be given along with cough and cold medicines?
No, do not give Nitiflox M Suspension with cough and cold medicines. Nitiflox M Suspension can interact with alcohol-containing medicines like cough syrups and cause disulfiram reaction, leading to side effects such as nausea, vomiting, flushing, dizziness, etc.
Q. What if I give excess Nitiflox M Suspension by mistake?
An extra dose of Nitiflox M Suspension is unlikely to cause any harm.
