This means your heart does not get enough oxygen. Nitrocin 25mg Spray works quickly to relax the muscles and blood vessels in your heart so more blood (and oxygen) gets to your heart. This reduces the pain and discomfort that angina causes.
You should take this medicine at the first sign of chest pain. If the first tablet does not work, you can take a second tablet after 5 minutes. However, if your chest pain does not go away after 15 minutes, you should get urgent medical attention. This could be a sign of a heart attack. Nitrocin 25mg Spray also helps prevent chest pain if taken before exercising or doing other strenuous activities.

No, you should not take Nitrocin 25mg Spray if you have taken sildenafil. Taking these two medicines together may increase the risk of excessive fall in blood pressure, which is hazardous. Maintain a gap of at least 24 hours if you have to use Nitrocin 25mg Spray after taking sildenafil.
