Your child needs to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to stay hydrated.

Your child may start to feel better after getting treated for a few days to a week. However, do not extend the course or stop the medicine by yourself without consulting your child’s doctor. This may lead to the recurrence of symptoms.

On the other hand, Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and causing infection.
