Palborest 100mg Tablet kills or stops the growth of cancer cells and also prevents the multiplication of cancer cells. Discuss with your doctor if any of the side effects bother you.

How Palborest Tablet works
Palborest 100mg Tablet is an anti-cancer medication. Cyclin dependent kinase 4 and 6
(chemical messengers) are downstream of signaling pathways which lead to the proliferation of cells. This medicine works by inhibiting cyclin dependent kinase 4 and 6, thus arrests the cancer cell cycle (cell growing process). It also targets the estrogen (hormone) receptor-positive breast cancer cells by disrupting the cell cycle.

The duration of treatment varies from person to person. No, most of the side effects are reversible and disappear when the medicine is stopped. Neutropenia is a well-recognized adverse effect of Palborest 100mg Tablet in which the number of your white blood cells get reduced and your immune system gets weakened. As a result, you may be at greater risk of getting an infection while you are taking Palborest 100mg Tablet. However, this side effect disappears rapidly once you stop taking the medicine.

Generally, Palborest 100mg Tablet is taken once daily for 21 consecutive days followed by 7 days off treatment to add up a complete cycle of 28 days. Take this medicine with food and at the same time each day. Swallow the whole capsules. Do not open, chew, or crush them. Do not take the capsules that are broken or cracked. If you vomit after taking Palborest 100mg Tablet, do not take another dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.
Q. Do I need to use birth control method while using Palborest 100mg Tablet?
Women of childbearing potential who are receiving Palborest 100mg Tablet and their partners should use adequate contraceptive methods (e.g. double-barrier contraception such as condom and diaphragm). These methods should be used during therapy and for at least 3 weeks after completing therapy for females. Men who are on Palborest 100mg Tablet therapy should use birth control methods for at least 14 weeks after completing the therapy.

Male fertility may be affected during treatment with Palborest 100mg Tablet. Thus, men may consider sperm preservation prior to beginning therapy with Palborest 100mg Tablet.
