Introduction of Pevastin-Plus Tablet

Pevastin-Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of high cholesterol. It prevents your body from making bad cholesterol and raise the levels of good cholesterol. It also prevents absorption of cholesterol from the intestines.

Pevastin-Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of lipid lowering and antihyperlipidemic medicines.

Breast feeding

Pevastin-Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Driving

Pevastin-Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
CAUTION
Pevastin-Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pevastin-Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
CAUTION
Pevastin-Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Pevastin-Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Pevastin-Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.

What if you forget to take Pevastin-Plus Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Pevastin-Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
