Renosave Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. It protects the kidneys from damage and reduces the risk of kidney failure.
Renosave Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.
The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, fever, runny nose, diarrhea, abdominal pain, skin irritation and rashes, and throat irritation. These are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects.
Before taking it, you should tell your doctor if you have any kidney or liver diseases. Let your doctor also know about all the other medicines you are taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before taking this medicine.

It is not known whether Renosave Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Renosave Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Renosave Tablet is recommended.
There is limited information available on the use of Renosave Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
What if you forget to take Renosave Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Renosave Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Sir/Madam My mother who is 80 years old is very frail and has lost appetite and thirst for the past three months.She is taking Renosave for kidney but is having great fluctuations in her blood pressure say yesterday and today 50/75, 47/74 etc.Is it safe to give her Floricot 100mcg when blood pressure is very low on some day and give her Nebistar SA or Renosave on days it is too high.My query is regarding interactions of above referred medicines and possible ill effects Thanks and Regards Manmotra V.Kumar
