RI 2mg Tablet is used in the treatment of schizophrenia (a mental disorder that can result in hallucinations or delusions and also adversely affects a person’s ability to think and behave) and mania.

RI 2mg Tablet is used to treat schizophrenia and Parkinson's disease (a disorder of the nervous system that causes difficulties with movement and balance) in whom other medicines have not worked.

What if you forget to take RI Tablet?

If you miss a dose of RI 2mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Few studies suggest that low doses of RI 2mg Tablet can be used for anxiety. However, do not take this medication without consulting your doctor. Q. Can RI 2mg Tablet cause psychosis?

RI 2mg Tablet is used to treat conditions like psychosis and schizophrenia. The chances of developing medicine-induced psychosis are rare with RI 2mg Tablet. Q. Can I take my medicines for epilepsy while taking RI 2mg Tablet?

You should not stop taking your anti-epileptic medicines while taking other medications. Some antiepileptic medications like Carbamazepine, phenytoin may alter the blood levels of RI 2mg Tablet and therefore special caution should be ensured while taking these medications. The dose of RI 2mg Tablet should be adjusted as needed while taking along with antiepileptic drugs. If you start or stop taking such medicines you may need a different dose of RI 2mg Tablet.
