You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well. You should take it regularly as prescribed for this medicine to be most effective, even if you feel better.

Driving

UNSAFE

Sartace 5mg/50mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

CAUTION

Sartace 5mg/50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Sartace 5mg/50mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for dose adjustment.

Liver

CAUTION

Sartace 5mg/50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Sartace 5mg/50mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Sartace 5mg/50mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

What if you forget to take Sartace Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Sartace 5mg/50mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes and heart attacks.
It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
It may cause the level of potassium in blood to go up. Avoid taking potassium supplements and potassium-rich foods such as banana and broccoli.
