Simultin 250 mg/400 mg Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of abdominal cramps. It relaxes the muscles in the stomach or intestine and stops sudden muscle contractions, thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Simultin 250 mg/400 mg Tablet is best to take with food. Take it in the dose and duration as directed by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by the doctor.

Use of Simultin 250 mg/400 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Long term use of this medicine can affect the kidney function.
Liver
CAUTION
Simultin 250 mg/400 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Simultin 250 mg/400 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Simultin 250 mg/400 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

What if you forget to take Simultin Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Simultin 250 mg/400 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
