Liver

CAUTION

Telma ACT 40mg/5mg/6.25mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Telma ACT 40mg/5mg/6.25mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Telma ACT 40mg/5mg/6.25mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

What if you forget to take Telma ACT Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Telma ACT 40mg/5mg/6.25mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

My personal advice to start with life style modification, exercises, diet and stop smoking alcohol tobacco n gutkha along with increase your confidence level and decrease your unnecessary stress. Please take good antioxidant vitamins and plenty of water. After few month of your healthy lifestyle then only think of medicine of any kind.

I have been recommended telma -h 40 mg due to high blood pressure. I take my medicine regularly and also keep monitoring blood pressure daily. Over time i have observed that gaps in taking medicine ( even up to 4-5 days ) doesn't elevate my blood pressure , however if this gap in medicine intake becomes 10-15 days the blood pressure shoots up. Due to fear of side effects now I deliberately keep gap of 2-3 days between my medicine but keep monitoring my BP. Is it ok to do keep such a gap in taking medicine as long as blood pressure is monitored and in normal range? Also at my age , will there be significant side effect from telma-h 40 mg
