It is advised not to give Trilox Dry Syrup to children if they have jaundice. The reason being, Trilox Dry Syrup contains an active ingredient called cloxacillin which can aggravate the symptoms of jaundice in your child.

No, it is not advised to give Trilox Dry Syrup if your child is suffering from infectious mononucleosis or even leukemia as Trilox Dry Syrup can lead to the development of skin rashes.

Giving your child Trilox Dry Syrup for a long term can cause fungal infection (oral thrush) in the mouth and severe gastrointestinal infections (superinfections).
