It is advised to take Triplixam 4mg/1.25mg/5mg Tablet at a fixed time each day to maintain consistent levels of medicine in the blood. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. How Triplixam Tablet works
Triplixam 4mg/1.25mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of three blood pressure-reducing medicines. Perindopril erbumine is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. It works by reducing stress on the heart and relaxing blood vessel so that blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently. Indapamide is a thiazide diuretic. It lowers blood pressure by removing the extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker. It works by relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. This is how it controls the blood pressure.
