Xor A 150mg/30mg Tablet is a combination medicine that is prescribed to treat various types of respiratory infections. It treats the infection and prevents further infections by acting against the microorganisms. It also dilutes the thick mucus (phlegm) for easy cough out.

Xor A 150mg/30mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Xor A 150mg/30mg Tablet1 and Xor A 150mg/30mg Tablet2.

Respiratory tract infections are those infections that can affect the sinuses, throat, airways or lungs. Xor A 150mg/30mg Tablet contains two different medicines, Roxithromycin and Ambroxol, that work together to kill the bacteria that cause respiratory tract infections. Roxithromycin works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Ambroxol helps to loosen thick mucus, making it easier to cough out. This makes it easier for air to move in and out. It also enhances the activity of Roxithromycin against bacteria.
It usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.
