ZE Spas Tablet is a prescription medicine that helps to provide symptomatic relief from menstrual (period-related) pain and cramps. It is also used to treat abdominal pain by relieving spasms of the muscles in the stomach and intestines.

ZE Spas Tablet is a combination of two medicines: ZE Spas Tablet1 and ZE Spas Tablet2.

ZE Spas Tablet is a combination medicine that helps reduce pain and cramps during periods. It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) and blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation, thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. This medicine does not affect the amount or the duration of menstrual bleeding. Take this medicine as per the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor.

How to use ZE Spas Tablet

How ZE Spas Tablet works

ZE Spas Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Mefenamic Acid. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling). Together, they relieve menstrual cramps and stomach cramps.

What if you forget to take ZE Spas Tablet?

If you miss a dose of ZE Spas Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
