Zolfen Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of diarrhea. It kills diarrhea-causing bacteria. It also manages the symptoms of diarrhea such as stomach pain, cramps, and loose stools.

Zolfen Tablet is a combination of anticholinergic, opioid agonist-antidiarrheal, and nitrofuran & its derivatives.

  • You have been prescribed Zolfen Tablet for the treatment of diarrhea.
  • Diarrhea can cause water loss and electrolyte imbalance. Drink plenty of fluids especially ORS (oral rehydration solution) to help keep you hydrated.
  • Do not drink alcohol while taking and till 4 days after taking this medication.
