Paracetamol + Prochlorperazine is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Prochlorperazine which treat migraine. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Prochlorperazine is an antiemetic (anti-nausea) medicine. It blocks the signals in the brain that cause nausea and vomiting associated with migraine.
