Levocetirizine + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine is a combination of four medicines: Levocetirizine + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine1, Levocetirizine + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine2, Levocetirizine + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine3 and Levocetirizine + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine4 which relieve common cold symptoms. Levocetirizine + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine1 is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Levocetirizine + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine2 is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Levocetirizine + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine3 is an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) further helping in its removal from the airways. Levocetirizine + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine4 is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
