Butterfly Ayurveda Shubh Saanjh Chai Green tea Leaves

Butterfly Ayurveda  Shubh Saanjh Chai (Green tea leaves with Mint) is specially made to pacify the vata dosha which usually rises during the evenings. This ayurvedic tea for digestion is made to subside symptoms associated with gas, flatulence, bad breath or indigestion. This tea for immunity carries the combination of mint, ajwain, saunf, shankhpushpi and green tea leaves and should be taken in the evening or before going to bed for best results.

Direction For Use:

• Boil 100 ml water in a pan at 90-100°C

• Turn off the flame, add 1-2 g (approx. a teaspoonful) Butterfly tea

• Cover the pan for a minute or two

• Strain & serve hot, you can add lemon to taste
