Folibrain Capsule is a brand of Folic acid, Mecobalamin, Zinc, Iodine and DHA.

Folic Acid is proven to reduce the risk of neural tube defects (NTDs) and birth defects. The limited absorption results in a significant reduction in the amount of folic acid made available to the body limiting the ability to build and maintain healthy reserves of folic acid and significantly increases the risk of birth defects.
Folic acid and Methylcobalamin is also proven to lower levels of homocysteine - an amino acid linked to cardiovascular disease and more importantly, pregnancy complications. Such pregnancy complications include: preeclampsia, low birth weight, miscarriage, recurrent pregnancy loss and placental abruption.
