Kerala Ayurveda Sathavarigulam contains Jaggery, Juice extract of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), Ghee, Sugar, Cardamom, Mushali (Chlorophytumborivilianum), Gokshura (Tribulus), Black and white varieties of Sariva (Hemidesmusindicus), Tamalaki (Euphorbia nerifolia), Vidari (Puerariatuberosa), Long pepper, Shilajeet, and Vamshalochana (Bambusabambos) as active ingredients.
