1. Wet the hair.
2. Massage the required quantity of the shampoo over the entire scalp and length of hair to create a lather.
3. Leave the shampoo on for five to ten minutes.
4. Rinse completely using water.
5. If required, repeat the process.
Use under medical supervision.

I like this verbal product but its not that much good as i expected and I'm only using it for a month so I canst explain exactly But you've to dilute the shampoo for better results Also it makes hair ends very dry but only removes the excess oil from scalp so you've to use some hair serum or verbal hair conditioned too.
