Directions For Use:

• Dip the bottle in a hot water bowl for 1 minute and then pour 2-4 drops of Anu tail in each nostril

• Then inhale slowly with nose and exhale with mouth and let the Anu tail reach deep inside

• Recommended Dosage - 2-4 drops initially and then may increase up to 6 drops in each nostril, or as directed by the physician
