Ciprofloxacin + Dexamethasone is a combination of two medicines: Ciprofloxacin + Dexamethasone1 and Ciprofloxacin + Dexamethasone2. Ciprofloxacin + Dexamethasone1 is an antibiotic which prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. This treats your infection.
