Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside + Diclofenac is a combination of four medicines: Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside + Diclofenac1, Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside + Diclofenac2, Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside + Diclofenac3 and Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside + Diclofenac4. Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside + Diclofenac1 and Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside + Diclofenac2 are enzymes. They increase blood supply and make the body produce substances that fight pain and swelling. Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside + Diclofenac3 is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) and further reduces swelling. Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside + Diclofenac4 is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

The use of Mediflam Tbr Tablet is considered to be harmful for patients with known allergy to painkillers (NSAIDs) or any of the components or excipients of this medicine. Yes, the use of Mediflam Tbr Tablet can cause nausea and vomiting. Taking it with milk, food or with antacids can prevent nausea. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medicine. In case of vomiting, drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists and you notice signs of dehydration, like dark colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination.
