How Molfox DF Products work

Moxifloxacin + Difluprednate is a combination of two medicines: Moxifloxacin + Difluprednate1 and Moxifloxacin + Difluprednate2. Moxifloxacin + Difluprednate1 is an antibiotic which prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. This treats your infection. Moxifloxacin + Difluprednate2 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause redness, swelling and itching.
