How Silowel-D Products work

Silodosin + Dutasteride is a combination of two medicines: Silodosin + Dutasteride1 and Silodosin + Dutasteride2, which relieves the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Silodosin + Dutasteride1 is an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so as to allow easy passage of urine. Silodosin + Dutasteride2 is a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor which helps in shrinking the prostate gland by decreasing the level of the hormone which helps the prostate gland grow.

Yes, the use of Silowel-D Capsule can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. These symptoms could be due to the presence of silodosin in the medicine. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.
