How Tarsalic Products work

Coal Tar + Salicylic Acid is a combination of two keratolytic medicines: Coal Tar + Salicylic Acid1 and Coal Tar + Salicylic Acid2 which treat psoriasis. They work by breaking down keratin clumps, removing dead skin cells and softening the skin.
